Our restaurant in Cinuos-chel,
is open daily from 8.30 a.m.

We prepare Bündner specialties, such as Capuns, Bündner barley soup, wild game from our own hunt, and Pizzoccheri – all with elaborate craftsmanship and a lot of love. All you have to do is enjoy!

Our restaurant in Zuoz,
is open from 25th November until 7th December daily from 9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.
and from 8th December until 1st April daily from 9.00 a.m. at least till 9.00 p.m.

Directly on the cross-country ski run in winter and on the golf course in summer, there is our second restaurant, Sur En, where we offer the perfect place to relax and gain new strength after a round of winter sports, golf or a long walk. In Sur En we spoil you with healthy snacks for athletes as well as a selection of pizzas and meat dishes, all of which are lovingly prepared for you.
