Restaurant Veduta

We prepare Bündner specialties, such as Capuns, Bündner barley soup, wild game from our own hunt, and Pizzoccheri – all with elaborate craftsmanship and a lot of love. All you have to do is enjoy!

Opening Hours Hotel

Our Hotel and Restaurant Veduta is open for hotel guests from Monday to Friday until 9th May 2021. We are looking forward to welcome you again daily from 10 May 2021 onwards.

In our Restaurant we have implemented the COVID-19 policies nicely so that you can also enjoy your meals with us so you won’t miss out on anything!

Take Away & Delivery

For our Restaurant guests we have the possibility to pre order our menus by
phone +41 (0)81 854 12 53. Until May 9, 2021 we only offer limited Take Away from Monday to Friday (pre-order necessary) at noon.

From 10 th May 2021 on we will be there for you with the whole menu and daily.

Restaurant Sur En

Due to the restrictions of the COVID-19 pandemic our restaurant stays closed at the moment.

Directly on the cross-country ski run in winter or on the golf course in summer, there is our second restaurant, Sur En, where we offer the perfect place to relax and gain new strength after a round of winter sports, golf or a long walk. In Sur En we spoil you with healthy snacks for athletes as well as a selection of pizzas and meat dishes, all of which are lovingly prepared for you.

Wouldn’t you like to enjoy your special event where it suits you best? Our quaint, fine-dining catering service caters to you in the most beautiful places of the Engadine: on a nearby mountain or stream, in our igloo or at your home. Whether it’s a picnic with friends, a fondue with family or a business event by the grill, we are happy to provide for you and your party so that you can celebrate with your guests without worry.
