Bündner specialties such as our Capuns, Graubünden barley soup, game from our own hunt, and Pizzoccheri—all of it we prepare by hand and with lots of love. All you need to do is enjoy!

In autumn, depending on the success of our local hunt, there is usually a large selection of game dishes.

It is particularly nice to celebrate in our cozy parlors. It’s suitable for parties up to 50 people.
