Our restaurant in Cinuos-chel,
is open daily from 8.00 a.m.
We serve hot meals from 11.30-21.00. From 13.45-17.30 we serve dishes from the small afternoon menu.
Our Hotel Restaurant Veduta will be closed from 17:00 on Monday, April 6th 2026, due to a staff event.
We prepare Bündner specialties, such as Capuns, Bündner barley soup, wild game from our own hunt, and Pizzoccheri – all with elaborate craftsmanship and a lot of love. All you have to do is enjoy!
Our restaurant in Zuoz,
is open from December 12th 2025, to April 6th 2026 daily from 9:00 to 23:00.
On Monday, April 6th 2026, our Restorant Sur En will close at 17:00 due to a staff event.
Directly on the cross-country ski run in winter and on the golf course in summer, there is our second restaurant, Sur En, where we offer the perfect place to relax and gain new strength after a round of winter sports, golf or a long walk. In Sur En we spoil you with healthy snacks for athletes as well as a selection of pizzas and meat dishes, all of which are lovingly prepared for you.
The “Beizli” on the hiking, cycling and riding path from Zuoz “Resgia” to La Punt.
May 9th - October 18th 2026: open daily from 9:00 to 16:00.
The Buvette is located directly on the hiking trail between Zuoz Resgia and La Punt, beautifully located on the edge of the forest next to the golf course, more precisely at Tee Nr. 10. An ideal place to stop for walkers, hikers, golfers, bikers and riders.
We serve you sausages, saltis, sandwiches, homemade cakes and a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
The “Beizli” by the National Park will reopen on the following dates:
May 14th – 17th 2026: open daily from 11:00 to 19:00.
May 23rd – 25th 2026: open daily from 11:00 to 19:00.
May 30th & 31st 2026: open daily from 11:00 to 19:00.
June: Wednesday to Sunday from 11:00 to 19:00. Monday & Tuesday closed.
July 1st – November 1st 2026: open daily from 11:00 to 19:00.
You will find us at the entrance to Val Trupchun, the valley with the biggest amout of wildlife in Europe. Enjoy the peace and nature at the entrance to the Swiss National Park with a beer, an ice cream, a homemade cake or one of our snacks.
Our “Pop-Up” is closed until further notice.
